Greetings from Sicily, my friends. I finally changed locations. It's alright I guess. I don't care much for the locals, but the scenery is beautiful. I have to spend one year here, so I suppose I will make the best of it. Now, more than ever, I wish I was home. You don't know what you've got til it's gone. On the up side, I will come away from all of this a changed man. I have a lot of time to reflect and learn about myself here.

I work with the most ignorant group of people. I despise ignorance. I seriously wish I was back in college. I am very unhappy with the Navy. I am to the point where I don't even want to become an officer. Something better change drastically soon.
